What does it cost to be an affiliate?
Referback has been online since 1999 and since inception has never charged a cent for the right to join the program. We are a revenue share business where affiliates and Referback alike share in the profits generated by the players in the casino, bingo and poker rooms. For this reason we do not charge any upfront fees or investment costs.

I have several websites; do I need to open an account for each one?
That will not be necessary. Under your affiliate id it is possible to generate campaign ids (also known as Trackers) with these you will be able to track the performance of various domains, individual pages, even individual banners all under your unique affiliate id.
Once you have joined Referback visit the Tracker Information section on the My Reports tab to learn more about this feature.
I don't have a website. Can I still open an account?
Yes you can! If you have access to offline marketing opportunities such as social groups, sporting groups, catalogue address lists or even have a unique way to market to people offline Referback will gladly work with you to design the material needed to make it a success.

Know your earning potential:
How much money can I earn promoting Referback and its client brands?
There is no limit to your earning potential with Referback! We do not cap your commissions! With Referback you can earn an income from two sources:
a) Player income; depending on the earning model you choose you can earn up to 35% of the profit we make from the players you bring to your clients. This commission is paid out every month for the full duration of the players' activity at our clients. Read more on the tab marked 'Commission Deals'.
b) Sub Affiliate income; when you introduce new affiliates to Referback via your unique affiliate id those new affiliates become known as your 'sub affiliates'.
We pay you an additional 8% of all commission earned by your sub affiliate for as long as they are with us as a finder's fee. This is added to your commission payment and paid out to you monthly.
What are your commission models?
Referback offers a variety of commission models depending on the product and how you prefer to package your monthly income.
Casino models:
Up to 35% revenue share; paid monthly for the lifetime of the player at our client. Learn more here.

What is the process for changing from one commission model to another?
All you have to do is contact your personal account manager and have them change your commission model for you. However, your New Commission Model will only take apply as of the 1st of following month.
Any players acquired from the day of your request to change over till the 1st of the new month will still be paid out to you based on your existing commission model.
Managing your income:
How do I know how much money I’m making?
Your unique affiliate id is inserted into every link you generate on Referback which points to any of our clients, this way every banner, text link or acquisition email you send links your players to your unique Referback account.
As these players spend money you have access to a number of statistical and financial reports on Referback which will allow you to track the daily movements of your players across all our clients in one place.
The reports cover everything from the number of visitors your send to individual clients, to the revenue you have earned from your players (existing and new) to the revenue you have earned off any sub affiliates you have acquired for Referback.
Please note that visits and downloads are updated in real time (less than 1 minute), while all financial information is updated twice daily (every 12 hours) as it is pulled directly from the gaming server to ensure accuracy.
What payment methods do Referback offer?
Our primary payment methods are currently:
NETeller: 24 - 48 hours to reflect
PaySpark: 24 - 48 hours to reflect
Check: Regular: 2 - 6 weeks for delivery
Courier: 3 to 5 days at a cost of $35, if the check is over $1,000 Referback will cover the cost!

When does Referback process payments?
We process all Affiliate payments (greater than $50) by the 10th working day of each month!

Under "My Toolkit" you will find a host of creative including content blurbs, gif banners, free flash games, html and text mailers and even a 'Whats Hot' section for unique creative that doesn't fall into the general categories.
General Questions:
Does Referback allow sites with adult content?
Our client, The Belle Rock Entertainment group, is dedicated to preserving the respectable image that they have worked very hard to develop. As such, they do not wish to be linked to any site that contains content of an adult nature. You are welcome to market the online casinos and poker rooms, and our Program using e-mail, provided that the e-mail does not contain any adult-related content as well.
What is Referback’s stance on Spam?
Spam is essentially any unsolicited commercial/bulk e-mail.
It is also the term used to describe inappropriate newsgroup/forum activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups or in areas where the information posted is deemed in contravention of the terms of use for that forum.
Referback does not condone Spam in any form. Any Spam cases will be fully investigated and if an affiliate is found guilty of such activities all income generated from such activities will be forfeit and the affiliate account closed.
